Hi, I’m Sophie. I’m a registered healthcare practitioner with over 13 years experience working in the NHS, and I am Level 5 trained in ‘Applied Reflexology for Integrated Medicine’ – the highest level of reflexology training currently available in the UK. This combination, gives me a strong understanding of the body and how best to support each client’s unique needs and provides clients with the security in knowing that I work to and uphold professional standards at all times. I work with and get to know my clients, so that I see you as a whole and not just a set of symptoms. Life’s stresses often show up in surprising ways, and reflexology can help bring release and reconnection. My aim is to create a safe, nurturing space where you can switch off, recharge and allow time for yourself.
