I trained at the Inspira Academy of Reflexology, earning an OTHM Level 5 Diploma in Reflexology with Integrated Medicine under the guidance of renowned tutors Cath England and Sue Alma Evans.

Additionally, I hold a VTCT Level 3 in Complementary Therapies and Sports Massage, as well as an HND in Sport and Exercise Science, which enriches my practice.
